tp77 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tp77 ("tp77", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the tp77 website located at tp77.bio, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support functions available through the platform.

By accessing the tp77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You have not previously been self-excluded from tp77 or had your account closed for violation of these Terms.

tp77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tp77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account you use must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• tp77 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000.

tp77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank may apply their own transaction charges. These third-party charges are outside tp77's control and are the responsibility of the player.

The following general bonus rules apply to all tp77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying deposit or action has been confirmed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Incomplete rollovers expire at the end of the promotional period.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• tp77 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of abuse, multiple accounts, or any form of bonus fraud.

All bets placed on the tp77 platform are final once confirmed. tp77 will not accept requests to cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in the event of a system error or a clearly erroneous price being offered by tp77. In such cases, tp77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

The following rules apply to all games and betting markets on the tp77 platform:

• The minimum bet per round or market is ৳10 unless the specific game or market specifies a different minimum.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software provided by the relevant game studio. tp77 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. tp77 is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.

All tp77 users must be aged 21 or above. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are playing with funds you can afford to lose, that gambling is a recreational activity for you and not a source of income, and that you will use the responsible gaming tools available on the tp77 platform if your gambling behaviour changes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tp77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one account on the tp77 platform.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use the tp77 platform for money laundering or any other illicit purpose.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any correspondence with tp77 support.

All content on the tp77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of tp77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the tp77 platform without prior written permission from tp77. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and licence terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the tp77 platform or these Terms, even if tp77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tp77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defect will be corrected. While tp77 uses commercially reasonable security measures including SSL encryption, tp77 cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures. Use of the tp77 platform is at your own risk.

tp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the tp77 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting tp77 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tp77 platform should in the first instance be raised with tp77 customer support via the contact email listed in the footer of this website. tp77 will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.
